These Terms of Use govern your use of the Planize app and its services. By downloading the app, creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
Planize offers auto-renewable subscriptions. A subscription belongs to the business (salon) account and covers every user registered to that business. The following plans are offered on monthly and yearly terms:

The current price of each plan is shown before purchase on the subscription screen inside the app, in the currency of your country. Prices are set by the App Store and Google Play for your region and may change.

Planize is an app that provides appointment, customer and staff management for barbershops, hair salons, beauty centres and similar businesses. Your appointments are stored on your device and synchronised with our servers when an internet connection is available. We reserve the right to change, add or remove features in order to improve the service.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential. You are responsible for processing the customer information you enter into the app with the consent of the individuals concerned and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Only the user with the salon owner role may manage the business subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically for the same length and at the same price; the renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your device's store settings: on iOS, Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and your access continues until then. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
New businesses receive a one-time 14-day free trial with no credit card or store confirmation required. The trial is tied to your account; deleting the app or signing in from another device does not reset it. When the trial ends, access to premium features stops unless a paid subscription is started.
Because purchases are made through the App Store and Google Play, refund requests are handled by the relevant store under that store's refund policy. Planize cannot issue refunds directly. You can apply through reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or the Google Play support pages for Google.
You may not use the app in breach of applicable law, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or for unauthorised access, reverse engineering, automated data collection or disruption of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if these terms are breached.
All rights in the Planize app, its brand, design and content belong to the developer. A subscription grants you the right to use the app; it does not transfer ownership. The appointment and customer data you enter into the app remains yours.
The service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. We recommend that you back up your data regularly.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may terminate your account, with or without notice, if these terms are breached. When an account is deleted, your data is erased within the periods stated in our privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. Rights granted to you by consumer legislation are reserved.
